Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Requests

Customers can request the cancellation of their documentation assistance request as long as the application has not been submitted or processed by our internal compliance team. Once the documentation preparation has commenced, a partial service fee may be applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received within 2 hours of payment and before any documentation work has started.
  • Partial Refund: If documentation drafting is in progress but not yet finalized or submitted.
  • No Refund: Once the application has been submitted to the respective authority or registration platform, as the service has been fully rendered.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email us at hsrpboookings@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Rejection by Authority

If an application is rejected by the government authority due to incorrect information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. However, if the rejection is due to a clerical error on our part, we will re-process the application at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
